Reiki is a gentle hands-on healing art which developed from the spiritual practice of the great early 20th century Japanese sage, Mikao Usui.

Influenced by Traditional Chinese Medicine, esoteric Martial Arts, and Tendai Buddhism, the spiritual practice and healing art of Reiki works on a deep level, promoting the body's remarkable ability to balance and heal itself.

Reiki energy has infinite proportions. While the source of this energy is beyond our human capacity to understand, it can be contacted and tapped.

Only in experiencing Reiki can we begin to understand how this happens. Indeed, the energy itself is the best source of information!
