I have always been drawn to working with my hands. Over time I have become known to people as the go-to person for headache cures and de-stressing! The connection between mind, body and spirit has always made sense to me, and as a dancer, I always felt best when my body had an opportunity to express itself.

I became more aware of this interconnectedness through the practice of yoga and meditation. As a dance teacher I incorporated meditative techniques into my classes, and the results were tangible; students reported lower levels of stress and a heightened awareness of their body's needs.

The influence of Reiki in my life has been gentle, ever-evolving, and truly profound. As a Reiki Master/Shinpiden I feel so lucky to study, practice, and teach in such a dedicated and honourable lineage.

In addition to my Reiki practice at Orbit, I also work with my hands as a jewelry artist, selling my creations at privately booked parties and in my storefront shop Belle Boutique. My two loves - healing work and art - are also connected through the semi-precious healing stones that I work with in both mediums.

I will continue to promote Reiki as a healing system, and feel it has a very important place in today's busy world. I am looking forward to working with new clients and to teaching this art form that has given me so much.
