Jane has been in practice as a Massage Therapist, Reflexologist and Reiki Teacher since 1995. In 2009 Jane opted to slow down her urban lifestyle as a teacher, researcher and staff/patient massage therapist at Toronto's Hospital For Sick Children, and moved to the lakeside community of Port Perry, Ontario.

Jane's clinical bodywork is comprised of Massage Therapy, Reiki and Reflexology. Jane specializes in the treatment of pain from arthritis, fibromyalgia, injury rehabilitation, anxiety and depression, sciatica, brachial plexus compression issues, and more.

In addition to yoga, Jane also teaches certification courses in Reiki, and Holistic Health Care Skills courses.
